The bake was absolutely perfect! A crackery crunch to the crust and a doughy interior. I actually picked this up on my way to a hike and cut off a couple of slices to eat while walking. That was certainly an enjoyable hike. The ordering and pickup process were a breeze. Just prepare to order in advance. I ordered it on Friday and the earliest time due was the following Friday. The price is pretty good as well.

The coyote sourdough is my absolute favorite. The crust is perfectly light and crispy and the inside is just the right amount of sour. It’s absolutely the best bread for avocado toast or dipping in chimichuri sauce before dinner. Do yourself a favor and add at least one loaf with your order.

Ordering is easy, as is pick up. Yet even if both were hard, it would be worth it. The sourdough is excellent, far superior than others we have tried. And the milk bread is nothing short of amazing. There are only two of us in our household, but the milk bread rarely lasts more than a day. I thought about ordering a second milk bread and hiding it from my wife, but I have not done that yet. I did just order a second sourdough and a second milk bread, but that was to give to friends.
