I’ve purchased from Billy Bread 2x now. Willl continue in future. The milk bread is truly special. Not exactly like the wonder bread of childhood, but certainly as soft. Quite yummy. I was pleasantly surprised when choosing the herbed focaccia bread. I thought it would be father flat and crusty, and not too nice inside. But it was great! Nicely soft inside and out, very tasty, didn’t even need butter. My favorite butter is the Irish Kerry Butter. It is softer and spreads so nicely.
This time, like last time, I selected “The Big Boy”. It is giant, thick, tender inside and out. With a crunch from the nuts, and a lovely smattering of chocolate. This is a good choice when you want something decadent.
Billy says he works out of his home, and hopes that if his home bakery is successful, he might have a store one day. He delivers only to Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park, so this is when you bring bread to parties outside these cities, and introduce your friends to the various Billy Breads. I always get kudos for bringing this to potlucks.
Experiment. Try the various flavors. Our tastes will differ, but you will LOVE his breads!

The sourdough and milk bread are our favorites, but we just tried the Oaxacan Hot Chocolate Milk Bread and it is unbelievable!
