Both Sourdough choices were very good; probably the best I have been able to purchase in Southern California. I am also impressed with the software which makes that experience very seamless.
Suggestion: large loaves like these are very difficult to slice. A video demonstrating how best to do so would be much appreciated by your customers.

I picked up 2 loaves and, unfortunately, this is the one that got put in the freezer for later. I am pulling it out today to serve with a chicken noodle soup I made with a Jidori chicken. I expect them to be a great combo.
The ordering and pickup process are simple and painless. There is a week wait now. I ordered on a Friday and the earliest pickup time available was the following Friday. It’s nice that Billy is doing so well, it’s definitely great bread.
